Syndrome of Love Foundation works for the future where the society knows about abilities and needs of people with Down syndrome, and has respect for their personality and supports them. We give people with Down syndrome an opportunity to go in for sports, create, and volunteer, we help forward their employment, and tell the society about people with Down syndrome with the help of information projects.
Families that have a child born with Down syndrome receive free psychological, educational and social assistance from our founder and partner, Downside Up Charity Foundation.

February 2021 — Yulia Lavricheva, General Director of the Love Syndrome Foundation, and Anna Portugalova, Member of the Board of the Love Syndrome Foundation and Director of the Downside Up Charity Foundation, accepted the Gratitude of the Mayor of Moscow for their contribution to the development of civil society institutions in Moscow and for community work.

Dmitry has been the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of this foundation since 2016. Not only he has actively participated in the organization, but also bring significant contribution to Downside Up foundation in Russia, partner of ``Love Syndrome`` foundation. He has also become one of the main founders of the ``Love Syndrome`` and has initiated partnership with the ``Downside Up`` international foundation.
